hi luis,

thanks for the reply. no, I did not apply a resetxform before export. I hadn't come across mention of it in the various step-by-steps (or I overlooked it.) so far my ongoing fix has been to systematically replace each element from max with a RF native object. I reached a point where I think I have isolated and replaced all offending objects. I am running a sim today that will take all day and am looking forward to seeing what I have when I get home. in any case I will revisit the original MAX file and give resetxform a try and re-export the SD and see what I see.

hi luis, thanks for checking in. I was able to workaround by replacing imported objects with native geometry. there was def something funky about the sd file. another issue I ran into was the inability to employ exclusive links that worked as expected. in the end I hit a wall with the performance of my workstation and am now on hold while I research the purchase of a realflow optimized system to revisit the project. -f
