been trying to download the updated for 19 hours now, whats wrong ?

There were some initial problems with the download links, but we believe they should all be sorted by now.
What browser and OS are you downloading from?

Stupid questions, but, have you flushed your browser cache recently?

no matter what OS, both OSX and Win dont work with either FF, IE or DL Manager..

yet a friend of mine was already able to download it as a trial ???

since I installed the update, I get no help documentation when I hit F1 on any setting/parameter ??

EDIT: my bad, I forgot to uninstall the first version prior installing this update.
