Middlemousing in relationship editor freezes my computer!!

Hello,

Does anybody else have issues when middlemousing in the relationship editor? My entire computer freezes and the cursor turns irrevokably into the hand for panning. This doesn't stop until I ctrl+alt+delete and kill the current realflow.

Looks like a GPU & Driver problem, have you updated any of those?

I've had a series of errors today so yes, one of my efforts was to update the driver for the gtx580 on my workstation to 314,22 since I read here in various threads that it seemed to work better for gpu-accelerated sims, atleast with sph.

Anyway, the error was there both before and after updating the driver so I'm out of ideas rather than rolling back to first 2013-version released or clean-installing.

Hmmm. I'm using 314.22 for my card, not for the GPU but for faster SPH.

I think I had that problem during the alpha testing but haven't since. Has this only started since the recent patch? Did it happen before your changed the driver?

Yes, on both accounts. It started after patching, and continued after updating the driver.
Now I however did a clean-install and this specific issue seems to have worked itself out.

What driver would you recommend for a gtx580?

Are you asking me what driver I'd suggest? If so, don't bother. Not much of a techie. As long as a system turns on when I press the power button, I'm happy.

Hey,

Go to preferences>Graph and uncheck the option "Allow zoom with Alt+Right...."

try to move the relation ship with middle button. This is an issue between QT and the driver for your graphic card.
