Re: Simulation progressively slowing down

I'm using a Quadro K4000
what happens is, I simulate in GUI, and as its simulating I'll move around a bit inside the viewport and then a crash happens at random. Not fast moving either, just moving around to see what the fluid is doing.
I'm using NVidia drivers 320.78

Which drivers are recommended for RF? 320.86?

Ok. Give it a try with the 320.86. I will try to reproduce with 320.78, but as you said, if it is random it might get real tricky to debug. We had seen that in the past though. Just extremely tricky to catch this one is.

it just crashed after a few minutes, constant moving in the viewport during sim...using 320.86 drivers, I was at 160k ish particles and crashed again, constant moving for 4:14 minutes straight and got to 122k particles....

Hi Neil,

Finally we have managed to reproduce the crash. On the hunt for the exact issue now to see if we can fix it for the patch. Thanks for sending the scene that allows us to reproduce the problem.
